Delicious!!! We went on a Tuesday evening in February and it was not crowded, however, it is extremely small so I can see how it would be difficult to get in on a busier night. I had the duck confit and my husband had the rabbit. Everything was superb! The service was excellent and they had an English menu available. A fantastic experience!

Very good restaurant and reasonably priced. Beef Bourguignonne is delicious. The crème Brulee is better than most, this is where it received a fifth star in my book. They put extra raw sugar on the top so there is more burnt part… my favorite. I had never seen it done that way. Truly magnificent!

Very easy to give this place 5 stars. The wine was amazing, the potatoes and the mains were outstanding, the desserts were to die for, and all of this exists in a cozy, clean, and quiet restaurant in Paris. The service was excellent and the staff speak English very well. You’ll definitely want to make a reservation — this place fills up quickly.

Came here on our last night in Paris over Thanksgiving holiday, at the recommendation of a friend and Rick Steves. Took our Über driver a little bit of time to find it, but well worth the trip! Price fix menu is excellent, as is wine list and service. Had cheese appetizer and dessert, with steak entrée and all were great and very filling. Hubs had pork special(not my taste) and crème brûlée which was the best I’ve ever had! As I mentioned wine list was very good, reasonably priced, and our sweet server made great recommendations of French wines for us to try. They Serve bread with meal and it is delish too. Highly recommend — we were not the only Americans there. Make a reservation.

Fantastic cozy little restaurant with a single front of house server. We ordered the rabbit and the beef stew, along with a shrimp risotto appetizer and crème brûlée for desert. Food: delicious. Service: excellent. Waitress: friendly and chatty. Ambience: quiet. We also booked our reservation using the Fork app and received –20% discount on the final bill. Restaurant was pretty full, so reservations are highly recommended.

We went twice in six days! Rabbit, sea bass, beef bourgeon and the fois gras: all magnificent. The house wine was as good as the $ 50 bottle. And chocolate molten cake: unbelievable! Go, go twice! The real deal!

First dinner on our honeymoon! Recommended by both Rick Steves(our third wheel) and our receptionist so we knew it was a must try. This tiny, adorable restaurant is like stepping into another time. 1920’s comfy dining room décor and a GIANT espresso machine make the room. Full of(but not packed with) tourists and savvier locals. Pre fixe is 35. I started with a giant slab of foi gras and haven’t looked back. Mike got the shrimp risotto which blew everyone’s mind all over the walls. I won best entrée choice for the night. Rabbit with BACON. And the potatoes alongside were like the best hash-browns in NJ. Yes. That’s a good thing. Finally the crème brûlée. A marriage of vanilla and beautiful hard s’mores crust(in American speak). Best we’ve had. When you’re finished, walk by the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes away!

Just fantastic from start to end. When you walk down the road you might think you are lost but keep looking for this jewel. The food is French French and more French, and you are in France after all but this is great. Make sure you buy a good bottle of wine to pair with the food. A small selection but all you need.

Well. We stumbled upon this place after visiting the Eiffel Tower. We apparently read the menu wrong and the hostess/waitress treated us poorly because of it and made us wait another 15 – 20 mins to order after that. She wasn’t warm or kind and hardly smiled. 2 of us ordered a main dish and dessert and waited more than 20 mins for our main dish because our 3rd guest had a starter. The salad was lovely. The 3 of us ordered the boeuf Bourgogne(which the waitress sneered at us for whatever reason), and it was bland, boring and I could have cooked better. It lacked burgundy wine and was even brown in color instead of red/burgundy. Don’t bother. We had the house special that night, a pear dessert, blah. Treated poorly, fed poorly and it took way too long. Skip it.

After a long walk to find this place, we were encouraged by a Australian patron standing outside to come in and try it. It was with the help of him, Emile, that got us a seat at this small, quaint Parisian bistro. He was a regular. Staff was so warm and friendly. The menu offered a variety of traditional French dishes and some others. I had the beef bourguignon and crème brûlée. Everything I could have wanted in a French meal! Yum yum.

A lovely restaurant in Rue Cler. We ate there in late June 2014 in our first evening in Paris. Very small and hot! My wife and son had the boeuf bourguignon, and we had a risotto appetizer. The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately we had to leave without dessert because my son was not feeling well. The staff was truly distressed and thought we didn’t enjoy our meal. Not true! I should have told them my son was«un peu malade.» A great and not too pricey restaurant close to the Eiffel Tower!

Wonderful restaurant near the Eiffel Tour. Each course was outstanding as was the selection of wine. Really enjoyed this location and am writing this review as a placeholder so I can find it again next time I am in Paris :-0

The duck and fish were both cooked entirely too long. In addition the food had very little flavor. We’re headed to Comptoir de la Gastronomie for some real duck. The wait staff is very nice and concerned. It’s hard to get in if you have no reservation.

Food + Service. Can’t thank enough. Only downside is… This place seems very popular among English speaking tourist. When I dined there, all tables was from US.

We enjoyed a late dinner here on a Monday night. The waitstaff was great and very attentive. The food was terrific. My girlfriend who is a vegetarian was able to order some assorted sautéed vegetables off the menu. They came with spaghetti noodles and she loved them. I had the lamb which was perfectly prepared. Delicious. We met a young couple who had traveled there from Holland and had some great conversation and an after dinner drink. This place also had a very good wine selection. We will definitely return next tine we’re in Paris.

Fantastic food and great service for a reasonable price. I booked a visit to the top of the Eiffel Tower on a Tuesday night and made reservations here for beforehand. 3 courses, prix fixe, for ~35 euros. I tried every dish that my family got and everything was on point so I’ll refrain from recommending anything in particular. My family drinks a lot of water and our carafe was filled at least 10 times throughout the night(this is huge for me) and the waitress was very accommodating and explained the dishes well. The only strange thing to me was the abundance of Americans in the restaurant. I didn’t see a single French diner in our time there and only 2 non-American tables(both Italian). It’s not on a big street and, in fact, is seemingly off the beaten path. Nonetheless, we had a great meal here and some cheap laughs at the expense of a young American girl asking if the restaurant had wi-fi so she could play on her phone.

sort of an amazing place. small, warmly lit and authentically quaint it is intimate without being overbearing. the wait staff is attentive and engaging. and the food is delicious. i had the prix fixe(33 E) that includes a starter, entre and dessert. the boudin noir starter(uncased blood sausage, green apples in an envelope of browned pastry) just edged the lapin entre, but not by much and the pear poached in red wine might have topped them all. will almost certainly require reservations. put it on your list

Came here on our last night in paris. Was highly recommended by someone we ran into after a football match. THANKYOU for the recommendation! The meal was amazing! Wonderful, friendly service. I had the frois gras, beef bourguignon and cheese for my meal. It was all wonderful. My only regret was not getting the French toast dessert my friend got. That was delicious. I hope to come back to paris and return to this wonderful restaurant.

C’est so Paris d’autrefoooooiiiiiis.

Pumpkin soup was ok but no where near as good as the one I had the night before nearby at Les Cocottes, but see my review for that one if you are interested. My husband had duck pâté and said it was good. He had duck confit. He liked it and I loved the special beef with mushroom sauce. Desserts were good, but nothing amazing. It’s cheaper to get an appetizer, entry, and dessert rather than just two items. Staff was very nice and knew English and Spanish to help tourists. Cute tiny restaurant as well. Not fancy so you can be more casual.

My first night in Paris, I wanted a quiet, relaxing, delicious meal. I got exactly that, with wonderful hospitality. I had the roast with vegetables and whipped potatoes and the chocolate tart. I also ordered a glass of Cotes du Rhone. This place was not cheap, but was a really great value considering the quality of the food and service. Dominique has paid exquisite attention to detail and will make your experience delightful. I was alone, but this would be a great spot for couples. Very cozy and personal.
