hotel bien entretenu, bon rapport qualité prix et a proximité du métro.

I cant realy say that much about this place, its a littel hotel in the middel of paris. The room is litel but for 70EUR for 2 person absolut ok. If you like to have breakfirst you have to pay 6 EUR more. We just had the room and this was ok ;)

Pour dépanner
Tarif dans la moyenne. Accueil sans charme, travaux ence mois de sept 2011, chambre correcte (privilégier celles sur cour sinon bruyant), salle de bain et propreté de celle-​ci correctes mais sans plus. Si je peux j’irai ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Lamentable
Isolation sonore catastrophique. Chambres nettoyées mais pas entretenues dans le temps: Cuvette des toilettes bancale. La porte de la douche né ferme pas, etc !

Four stars for the price /​quality. If you look for a fancy hotel then this is not for you. It is basic but very very clean, and personnel are all very very nice and always available. They might not speak all English but I was ok with it. The room had windows shutters which is a plus to protect from street noise and from light. Never heard any noise from other rooms. Windows have double glass so the isolation from noise outside is very good. I did not try breakfast as I woke up too late all the time… it is optional anyway and not part of the room price. I got the good deal via booking. com .
If you are in Paris and you are going to be out all the time, this hotel is good for you. Very close to the metro station and very central to the city. You can easily walk to Montparnasse.

Un pied à terre bon marché
Cet hôtel a l’avantage d’être situé pas loin du métro Alésia qui permet d’être au coeur de Paris en quelques minutes. Il n’est pas trop cher et les chambres sont confortables pour le prix. Le patron est très bavard mais sympatique…
