Sandwiches are wonderful, crepes are even better! Quick, friendly service, easy to find, great prices. A winning place for lunch or a quick dinner any day!

What a surprise find for a cheap quick food near the Seine! A short walk from Cite where Sainte Chapelle and Notre Dame are located, Mich Sandwiches should be on your top list for a take-out lunch. Tucked almost a little away next to the St Michael fountain, Mich Sandwiches is a food stand with French-style sandwiches and crepes. The menu is not in English, but the owner does speak sufficiently to give me a rundown of its colorful sandwich roster. I didn’t pay attention to the whole thing because when he mentioned prosciutto and mozzarella, I jumped on that! The sandwich plus a hot chocolate for only around € 10 was already a steal, but the sandwich was even better than my high expectation! The ingredients are simple but its freshness and match with one another make the sandwich particularly tasty. It is pure happiness to enjoy this sandwich as I stood by the photogenic fountain nearby. Anyway, not every good French meal has to be a mid-range sit-down meal and Mich Sandwich is a good example. If you are walking between Cite and Luxembourg Garden, grab a bite here! — tl;dr version: 1) Excellent takeout food near Cite 2) Cheap delicious sandwiches of various kind

Our routine in Europe was to eat a heavy meal during lunch and eat something light at night. Not only was this place budget friendly, it tasted great! I’m not a sandwich person, but in Europe, breads are on a whole nother level.

crepes and paninis for less than 5 euros! quick and cheap way to keep yourself fed. not a place you’d go out of your way to try but, if in the area and on a budget this will do.

inexpensive food, yes, but 4 euros for a(small) bottle of water, and food was not good From reading the other reviews I think the 4 euros for the water was actually a scam which my unsuspecting girlfriend fell prey to. The water cost more than the sandwich! That shows low moral fiber to me on the part of the cashier, in which case, do you really want someone like that handling your food?

I got my first crêpe in Paris here and it was delicious! They actually make it on the spot instead of having the crepes already pre-made.

This place was recommended to my husband and I by our friend, who is a local! Delicious crepes and sandwiches to go! Sandwiches look fresh, and some are toasted to perfection. The stand front looks clean and very approachable. Highly recommended, must have when you’re in the area!

.. very few inexpensive eateries exist anymore in Paris, so Mich Sandwiches provides a must needed sanctuary for those who do not have the time or the money to spend 40 – 50 euros on a croissant. My wife got the Nutella/Strawberry Crêpe(amazing…) and I got the ham, cheese, tomato sandwich on baguette. And a couple bottles of water. For 10 euros we were well fed and were able to tackle the Louvre with no problem. Highly recommend if you are trying to get an awesome value on breakfast and are on a tight schedule.

I went to this place because of its postive reviews on Unilocal.Unfortunately I didnt like my Crêpe(banana & nutella) cause it was kinda burned… But I had as well a panini with tomatoes, lettuce and goat cheese which was very good. Service was excellent, therefore 3 stars.

Oh trust me, I can eat there for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack before bed. Personally, I enjoyed savory ones much more than the sweet ones. Egg, cheese and chorizo together created such a delicious taste. Oozy cheesy fillings wrapped in a hot crispy crêpe, you can’t ask more than that. Nutella and banana are always a good combo. I wish there could be more nutella in it though.

Mich Sandwich provides a delicious bite to eat at a more reasonable price than the sea of sandwich shops that flood the city, while delivering with a smile. –Friendly English speaking cook –Delicious sandwich and panini options –Fantastic pricing well below the going rate Not only did the cook speak English but he recommended a great sandwich choice and was patient while my wife and I deliberated over the dozen options. The prices are very low at 3,50 € but you get more for the money. They’ll even grill a sandwich if you want(normally just a panini is grilled). If you’re near Notre Dame or the Latin Quarter, this is a must-try. While there isn’t a place to sit down at Mich, there are plenty of benches nearby.

We were looking for an easy crêpe stand before we returned to our hotel. The man making the crepes was very nice and spoke English! The menu is not in English, but we just wanted a few Nutella crepes. They were fresh, hot and delicious! I very much recommend this to everyone: tourists and locals. I can’t wait to revisit and try their sandwiches.

Friendly staff, amazing food and cheap!!! Staff is amazing, the chef(by chef I guess I mean the guy who makes the crepes) is super friendly, he also attends the counter, and is super friendly and speaks English! I ordered the cheese and mushroom crêpe. What an explosion of flavors in a cheesy, gooey crêpe! The crêpe itself was the perfect combination of crusty and fluffy. And there was a lot of filling in the crêpe. My husband ordered the salami sandwich and he liked it so much that he wanted to go to this place everyday for at least one meal! Price is super fair considering they don’t have any seating are and are basically a counter on a wall(they seem to be the French version of a food truck)! I highly recommend this place for their food! Crepes are delicious!!!

As I write this review, I’m becoming depressed because I’m back at home in Austin and not in Paris eating a Mich crêpe. Best crepes we had on our trip, hands down. They were huge, the staff was really friendly and the service was fast. The prices were also great, especially considering the size of the crepes. I can only speak to the crepes personally, but my husband also tried their crazy double hot dog sandwich with cheese, which he loved. How could you not? We were in Paris for 5 days and I believe we ate here almost every day. We even got up earlier than required so we could get one before we got on our flight back home. No go order a nice nutella/strawberry and ham/mushroom cheese stat! Then walk a lot because you’ll need to handle that food coma somehow!

Delicious sandwiches, very fair prices. I preferred the paninis over the sandwiches although both were very good. Very American friendly. Grab a sandwich, stop to eat, and you’re on your way to your next destination. FYI this place is takeaway only. No tables to sit.

Traveling with my two children is a joy. At 10 and 13, they are extremely mature(like most home-schooled kids), and fun! This summer our«school» went to Europe! Kids at this age need lots of food! I’m thankful for Unilocal, and the review of Mich was right on the money. Paris is full of sweets, so we were looking for quick, quality salt crêpes to balance us out. Buckwheat is gluten free so bonus for me in Paris! The food was prepared fresh right in front of us by extremely nice people who seemed pleasantly surprised to hear us speaking French(not that I’m fluent). I don’t eat crêpes at restaurants often as I prefer to make them at home, but these were as good as the ones I had in a sit down crêperie for three times the price and much better than others I had on the street at the same price. For quick street food, highly recommended by me and my children.
