Although I haven’t been into their physical store, their online customer service is as good as it gets. I ordered a pair of Balmain jeans, on a Thursday night/​Friday. I did not receive any shipping confirmation for three days, until I e-​mailed customer service on Monday. I was informed quickly that Friday was a banking holiday in France, hence the delay. The order came the following day from France! If you’re on the fence about some of their pieces I say go for it. You won’t find a better price for luxury items here in the U.S.

I was really worried about ordering from this company because of the bad reviews here. But I used to live in Paris (now living in New York), and their shop on Avenue Montaigne is very beautifully curated and fashion forward, so it was hard to believe that they were so unprofessional online.
I took my chances and shot management an email, and they assured within 24 hours of sending my email that my order would go smoothly. They explained that the employees responsible for the poor service no longer worked for Montaigne Market.
I ordered a pair of Isabel Marant Lelie sandals, and they were shipped next day. I received them the day after! Great customer service now, speedy shipping, and fantastic clothing selection to choose from!

This seller is completely SHADY — as the other reviewer mentioned in their post. I purchased two items online from these guys. They sent me the wrong items. Conveniently, the items that they did send were selling in the U. S at the time for significantly less than the items that I purchased. Any attempts at communicating with these guys have been ignored. I am now disputing the transaction, since they have been completely non-​responsive. It is very clear to me that they knew what they were doing when they sent the wrong items, or they would be at least somewhat apologetic. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

ABSOLUTELY avoid this company. Purchased and paid for an item online. Received a call the next day to tell me that the «price is wrong» due to «informatic error». They have the item in stock but they won’t sell it to me at the price I’d paid despite the fact that they’re having a summer sale. Either I pay more or the transaction is canceled. The lady (Natacha) also hung on me and when I called the company back, she argued that she didn’t. Contacted Paypal to discuss this odd transaction who agreed that this is absurd. I’m not sure how these guys run their business but it’s not only unethical but their customer service is appalling.

Pour ma nouvelle garde robe, je vais faire un tour chez Montaigne Market. Certes ce concept-​store est cher mais on y trouve de jolies pièces et surtout des pièces rares de grands designers. Accessoires à gogo avec, les sacs bijoux, les pièces d’Aurélie Bidermann… La sélection est pointue et haut de gamme. La boutique est épurée, on entre directement avec une sélection tendances et on se laisse porter par les portants ! Les vendeuses sont toujours là pour nous conseiller et nous présenter les pièces exclusives de la boutique. J’apprécie surtout la sélection jeunes créateurs que l’on trouve rarement dans les grands magasins !
