Restaurant à né pas essayer si l’affluence n’est pas suffisante(période de fête par exemple). Ils n’ont pas hésité à me servir un Prawn chaat de la veille(hors ça né se garde pas) et ce n’était vraiment pas à faire.

Mustang is a new Indian restaurant that opened up a month ago near Denfert Rochereau in the 14th district of Paris. It is in some way’s the younger(but bigger) brother of ‘Himalaya’, a restaurant situated near Parc Montsouris(same owner). We came hear to celebrate my Dad’s 75th birthday… I’ll be honest, but I don’t often go eat Indian in restaurants in Paris… especially given that I live in London, and there’s plenty of choice where I live. I can honestly say that this place has amazing value for money, the food is fresh and tasty. The things I love about this place: The House Nan(cheese nan, with onions, peppers, very tasty) The House Chicken Curry(like a butter chicken but with more stuff in it) The pistachio kulfi(quite authentic, and nicely textured) The ‘Château Malbec’ Bordeaux at 18 euros a pop. A true delight. Super nice staff, and the owner is very kind and attentive. Things to improve: Speed of service… but I think this is mainly due to the freshness of the cooking, so maybe this is fine, and I should just learn to be a bit more patient. Also, we had a pretty large group at our table(12 people), so that could explain some of the delay. Overall, highly recommended. A good, great value, tasty Indian restaurant with easy access from RER B /Metro.
