I went to Parfums d’Asie for dinner today. It is on a quiet street and open in the afternoon. I ordered a noodle soup, cold spicy beef disk and a red bean milk. All dishes I had was excellent and tasted like original Chinese food with great flavor. Service was also excellent. Staff were very nice and patient. Prices are very reasonable. I really like it and will definitely go back again!

I had spent the entire day wandering around by foot with my mama discovering Paris. It was day 2 and we were still overwhelmed with learning our way around the city. We were underdressed for the cold weather, exhausted, starving and were dying to use the restroom. We were semi lost and found ourselves in an alley of Asian food. We saw two Chinese restaurants and 1 Japanese before running into this one. The restaurant was small, very modern and the employees were so eager to have us, so we went in. The staff was incredibly wonderful. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Fortunately, our server spoke English on top of being fluent in French and Chinese. Thank goodness for that since I had exhausted my small French vocabulary for the day. The menu is in French and Chinese but fortunately, my mom is Chinese so I let her handle all the decision making. We ordered garlic sautéed Kailan(pretty much a Chinese kale) and steamed fish with ginger and scallions. We typically would order more being the pigs that we are but knowing that France isn’t so keen on doggy bags, we controlled ourselves and stuck to two dishes. The menu had a great selection. We weren’t expecting what we got. We absolutely loved it. The veggies were piping hot and the garlic was perfectly cooked. The steamed fish was super fresh and on point. We devoured it all. Service is on point. Prices are great. The veggies were 9 euros and the steamed fish was under 20 euros which really is amazing compared to the states. For this quality, the lowest we’ve paid in the states is probably 35US dollars. Best part(and VERYRARE in Paris) a SUPER clean restroom! We loved this place and would definitely come back next time were in Paris.
