Food very bland. No flavor. Extremely over priced. I had the Frenchburger. It comes with a meat patty and a sunny side up egg. I did not care for it. My wife’s food did taste better. One star for bad food costing to much.

Avoid at all cost! Garbage food! Frozen frites! Omelletes cooked in plastic butter. Awful salad. Coke Light-7.20 Eu. Just Bad. Really bad. Go to L’Antiquaire the next street over. Amazing food, service and very reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, many of the cafes and restos around the Orsay are traps, and the way the Orsay is situated, you’re «stuck» if you’re tired and just want to sit. I was meeting a friend who was heading out of town in about an hour and was taking the RER at Orsay. Average hot chocolate in an okay atmosphere? But again, it served our purposes — but it might not serve yours.

For a quick place to sit down and eat BTW museums this was a good stop. Even though my nicoise salad had half of what it was listed it was still quite good at 14.8 € located tucked on bellechasse it provides a quick respite before venturing back into the Parisian wild. Do not get crêpes and you won’t feel the price is too high. Omelettes, salad, burgers. Good to go.

A pleasant tucked away corner café with reasonable selection at reasonable prices, content staff with good service. Don’t come to paris to eat here but if you’re in the neighborhood, it’s great(and better by far than the one around the corner).

It was a rainy day and we were looking for a place to have lunch after visiting Musee d’Orsay. After passing a couple of cafés we decided to take this place. It was very crowded and we were seated at a tight corner table. My daughter ordered a quiche plate and I had grilled skirt steak. Both meals came with salad and fries. My steak was surprisingly good. It had smoky flavor and was tender. My daughter liked her quiche as well. Service was okay The waiter did not ask us if we needed anything but whatever we requested he promptly brought to us.

Un bar et restaurant proche de l’assemblée, dans une calme et tranquille. Une belle déco et une atmosphère de quiétude.

Generally, you can assume even before looking at the menu of a restaurant so close to the Musée d’Orsay that prices are going to be sky-high, and that there’s no use in trying to fight it. Well, of course you could always go somewhere else, but this place is somehow passable for a restaurant that actually names itself after one of the most-visited art museums in the world. I’m not saying that the ratio of price to food here isn’t really high, because it is, but this place presents itself in such a way that the price gouging is somewhat excusable. One quick skim through the menu will tell you that most of the items here are between ten and fifteen euros. They’re mostly toward the«fifteen euros» side, which is to be expected. Certainly not cheap, although I don’t think you’re going to find anything around here that is. I don’t want to comment too much on food that I didn’t order or eat, so I’ll talk mostly about the salmon sandwich with salad and fries that I got here for 10,90 €. First, the bread of the sandwich was just terribly generic white bread. You know, the really cheap kind that you can buy in bulk at a grocery store. Well here, they toast it until it’s golden brown and the edges are sharp enough to cut your fingers. Between these two slices of bread were tomato and salmon. I don’t believe there was anything else to the sandwich. The tomato was just tomato; there was nothing special about it. The salmon, however, was surprisingly good. I had always thought of salmon as belonging to Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, so to find it here was a pleasant surprise. The salmon is apparently raw like sushi, but there’s a lot of it and they really pack it in there. The French are rarely so generous with their portions. Nevertheless, it probably wasn’t worth 10,90 €, although I’m glad the price wasn’t any higher than that. The rest of the meal was far less appealing. The«salad» was just poorly arrayed lettuce thrown on there without even any dressing or sauce. It barely fulfills the most basic definition of a salad. The fries were just fries. I know that wouldn’t be helpful if I were defining them, but they were honestly so nondescript that there’s hardly anything I can say about them. Do any local French people come here on a semi-regular basis to eat meals? Probably not, but that’s not to say this place has nothing good to offer. My favorite part about this place is probably the wall that’s a mirror with a meadow painted on it and has the remaining reflecting part of the mirror serve as the sky. I find the sight of it quite amusing for some reason.

The food was OK. Service brusque as in many place close to tourist locations. The waiter forgot to order my duck confit salad. One couple split a hamburger, which was excellent, but there was big attitude about splitting it.
