What a lovely store. Première Pression Provence carries my favorite Gourmet Ketchup, and it is simply called«Ketch’Up.» They come in three different flavors. Red Beet, Carrots and one with Espelette Pepper. Totally addicting! The olive oils are delicious as well. Such a fabulous store, and I love their gift wrapping. Great customer service for sure and the store clerk seems to love her job. She said her favorite thing to do was wrapping the customer purchases. Make sure to grab a spoon because you can taste just about everything in the store.

Awesome terrines! Tiny, scary-looking glass jars of chunky, country-style pâté — the rabbit(lapin) and duck(canard) are our favorites, and the lamb(agneau) was good as well. They’re rich and luscious — pick up some crackers, or get a baguette at a nearby bakery. Don’t let the strange, grey colors or layer of fat discourage you — this is the real stuff. This was our third stop; PPP has become a fixture of our Paris visits. The anchovy-olive paste was fun, but too salty(even for an anchovy-olive paste). The staff is friendly and helpful; the cheerful younger woman’s English is limited, while the older one is more comfortable but also more formal. A word to those headed back to the US — most of the meats here wouldn’t make it through Customs, enjoy them before you fly!

A bit pricey but a really nice selection of olive oils and other goods(e.g., soaps, vinegars, etc.) from Provence.
