If you’re in Paris for a few months, and are a serious lifter, then there is no other gym to go to. Prices are expensive, but are way cheaper than any other gym in Paris. Also it really is the only gym with heavy free weights, an adequate amount of barbells, and a variety of machines in the city.
It has an old school flavor, and some really cool patrons and staff. While it’s not the best gym I’ve ever been to, it is easily the best in Paris (I’ve checked a lot of gyms in the city, so trust me). Plus it has a ton of cardio machines for those of you looking to run.

The gym is at the edge of the city but bit was close to my hotel. Stayed in Paris for 13 days and needed a gym.
All other gyms are extremely expensive
€ 80 – 120. This REM was 79 € for a month.
It’s a run down gym but had all the basics and free weights which is what I needed.
Rating it 3 stars for price but should be 2 stars at best.

Une salle dédié à la musculation avec un petit espace cardio, fréquentée par haltérophile qui viennent s’entraîner avec sérieux. De nombreux habitués se retrouvent donnant une dimension familiale à ce lieux. L’accueil est sympathique et les coachs sont attentifs aux manipulations du matériel et prodiguent volontiers leurs conseils à ceux qui le souhaitent.
L’espace est étroit mais le matériel varié et suffisant. A l’étage une salle est dédiée au cours de danses et gyms. Le coup annuel est de 600EUR avec diverses réductions possible.
Impeccable pour des sportifs sérieux.
