this is a pretty well-stocked produce market run by some nice chinese folks(at least i think they’re chinese — they were trying to speak it to me!) they carry all the standard fruits & veggies that nearby supermarchés do. i also spotted some not-so-standard bitter melon once. check carefully for freshness. ask nicely & they’ll probably let you taste certain things(e.g., cherries & grapes). prices are typically a little higher than at casino, ed, & the like. still, select primeurs is great when you need get a couple of things but don’t want to deal with weighing & tagging your stuff & getting through the cashier lines.
