We were so deeply impressed by the honesty of this sweet, little flower shop. Located near the Eiffel Tower(and, coincidentally, our hotel) we stopped in for some blooms to brighten our room. After selecting a bouquet, the florist encouraged us to reconsider as, «that particular bouquet [wouldn’t] last much longer.» Her honesty floored us(we ARE Americans, after all!!). It was one of my most memorable service interactions during my two weeks there. We settled on a beautiful, pale pink bouquet of ranunculas and clear glass vase.(See Photos) That flower will forever remind me of Paris’ beauty — both aesthetically and in the people who live there.
