I was on a quest to only buy items made in France during my last stay in Paris. I was pleasantly surprised by Shyde — every item of clothing was manufactured in France. As you may know, I don’t buy clothing very often(with the exception of underwear, I have an irrational fear of running out) so I try to make my purchases last for many seasons. I found a versatile and flattering black knit dress that I can wear to work and out for a night on the town. A girl can never have too many great black dresses, right? I also picked up a great charcoal elbow-sleeved(my favorite for covering my arms) scoopneck wool sweater that is perfect with all of the long skirts I have for fall. All for around $ 250USD. Not a bad deal for clothing that travels well and can be dressed up or down.
