Timberland, as is the case with many reputable American companies, stands by their products. If you do not abuse the shoes/​boots and they end up having a problem, just talk to the store and you can normally come to an agreement. Plus they have a good stance towards sustainable development (yes, they are a big company and so they could always do better) and are active (at least in the US) with supporting social initiatives, like AmeriCorps. Anyways, I love their Earthkeeper City Boots!
