Tipi Hotel

Nous sommes arrivés à 00H30 car notre train avait un peu plus de 2h30 de retard. L’hôtel étant censé fermer à minuit, j’avais appelé pour prévenir du retard. Que ce soit au téléphone ou en direct les employés ont été très agréables et nous ont très bien accueillis.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre petite chambre qui donnait sur une cour intérieure. Aucun problème de bruit, la chambre était propre ainsi que le linge et la salle d’eau.
En bref ce fut une agréable surprise car nous avions à peine payé 50 € pour deux personnes, à coté de Montparnasse.
Si je doit retourner à Paris, je n’hésiterai pas à aller dans cet hôtel, situé à côté de nombreux commerces de proximité, du métro et de la gare Montparnasse.

I had a great experience here and must say that the night clerk who
is originally from Algeria and has worked there for 7 years, made
my stay! Alas, he is now only there on the week-​ends, but Mouncier,
whose name I’m not sure i have spelled correctly, really knows how
to make people feel at ease The breakfast is a great bargain and
they get the croissants directly across the street from a great
FRENCH Bakery and i can only say my thighs sitill remember allt the
butter. I tried to use Super Shuttle to get to CDG but that was
not to be and the staff did its best to try to help me. THE RER
is so convenient and an easy walk to the HOtel-​that you can actually
do it with a minimum of discomfort=and believe me I know because
I lug suitcases… The locatiion is ideal-​I wish i could take advantage
of all the food that is sold along the RUe Daguerre which could be
taken out and eaten in the room but… I hope to return and soon.

This hotel was so clean and comfortable. It’s no George V, but it provides free wifi in the rooms. It is located in the vicinity of three metro lines and is situated next to a pub where they sing live French blues and American oldies at night. There are late night cafes and grocers surrounding the hotel in case you are craving a bite to eat.
But back to the rooms, I cannot stress how clean the beds, bathroom (especially the shower with amazing water pressure), and carpet was. Did I mention how clean and comfortable the beds were?
I would stay here again, in fact, I am when I head back into Paris in the next week.
