Un bon japonais dans le désert gustatif autour de l’hôpital sainte Anne. Les gyoza sont d’une grande fraîcheur entouré d’une pâte à ravioli bien fine et le saumon mi-​cuit également très frais. Service rapide et agréable
Un peu plus cher que les japonais tout venant mais cela vaut la peine

haaa un petit restaurant japonais de quartier! C’est bon, c’est frais. Je m’y rends une a deux fois par semaine, je n’ai jamais été ni déçu ni malade!
Le petit plus c’est le tartare de saumon-avocat…mmm…disponible à emporter en plus.

I have a few sushi favorites and I will add this one to the list. I just wanted something quick and good and this place delivered. It is a few blocks from the hotel I was staying at and the service and quality were excellent. It is a small unassuming place and very clean. The people were nice and the miso soup, gyoza and nigiri were awesome.

a small, unknown sushi restaurant as there are many in Paris. except this one is good!
friendly staff, fresh fish, not very crowded because most people do take away
the yakitori are said to be cooked on a wood fire, and indeed they are really good
(I had bad experience in other restaurants with *cold* cheese yakitori, but here they are deliciously molten and caramelized)
with the metal chopsticks, it feels like a Korean restaurant, but that’s not a bad thing, actually quite the contrary.
