What a welcoming team!
I was on an organized tour where we were supposed to go to a champagne producer in Epernay but they cancelled last minute (due to the tragic events the night before), so this producer welcomed our group last minute and did a Fantastic job!
The short video and walking tour through the facility was informative and fun!
AND… we got to taste 3 (or 4 if you share) different champagnes. :)

Cazanove is the closest to the train station, is the easiest to book a tour for, and isn’t even their main processing facility (which is in Epernay). And their reception area featured champagnes from other houses, which I had NEVER seen before, and this was my 3rd visit to Reims. I was prepared to be underwhelmed. Except that our tour was led by someone exceptionally kind and passionate, and the 12 € 3 champagne tasting is the best deal in Reims. Well worth your time and visit, and probably doable at the last minute without a rez.
