L’Amaréna

Une tres bonne adresse a saint aignan, ideale en fin de soirée si vous arrivez tard de Paris. (Merci Zeva B pour ton avis sur le resto!)
La pizzeria propose un premier service vers 19h/​19h30 et un deuxieme vers 21h30/​22h.
Pensez à reserver ça peut vite être plein.
Le lieu né paie vraiment pas de mine, c’est même assez kitch.
La carte est très variée, la selection de pizza est enorme mais à des prix plus que competitif (12,9 la plus chere), et vous pouvez aussi vous laisser tenter par des pates, et même une tartiflette (??).
Les pizzas sont excellents, généreuses avec une pâte croustillante et fine. Les ingrédients sont bons et de qualité. La mienne était parsemée de basilique frais qui lui donnait vraiment bon gout.
Le service est souriant accueillant, et intentionné.

What an adorable, delicious, friendly pizza place! The staff, including the pizza chef, were so attentive to our needs it made me realize just how horrible the service is in Paris. Did you know that almost every French establishment in the region has high chairs? Based on my experience in Paris I was convinced that the French had never heard of the invention.
At L’Amaréna we showed up without reservations into a totally packed room. The chef/​owner came over and found a spot for us to sit close to his open kitchen which was great for seeing all of the delicious dishes being served. The menu is huge, and has all sorts of wild pizza items to select from (there’s even an escargot pizza!). We went a more traditional route, and were thoroughly satisfied. Just wish that they’d use mozzarella instead of the emmenthal but that seems to be a trend here too.
The local rosé was crisp, delicious, and delightfully inexpensive.
Special mention for the homemade mousse au chocolat and the adorable historic place that the pizza place overlooks.
Make sure to reserve as the place is popular with the locals.
