My thoughts as I enter the hotel: Lobby — «oooh, the lobby is so pretty compared to all the others ones in the area… so modern!» 5th floor hallway — «oh man, this place looks so old, crummy, and dirty…» My room — «WHOA!!! it’s so nice and modern!!!» The good: beautiful room and great service The not so good: Free wifi but if you want to skype video, it’s too slow The bad: Well i wouldnt call it the bad, but it seems like people in paris don’t respect the«do not disturb» sign hung outside your door. They will clean your room everyday, even if you tell them not to. The funny: our bathroom supplies grew exponentially everyday. Day 2: was two bars of soap, one bottle of shampoo, one bottle of shower gel, two cups. Day 2: four bars of soap, two bottles of shampoo, two bottles of shower gel, four cups. Day 3: 6 bars of soap, four bottles of shampoo, four bottles of shower gel, six cups. We’re not even using the supplies. And so and on…

Nice hotel, clean and close to the bus & subway. We had a hard time finding a hotel in Paris that sleeps 4AND takes our dog, so this was it for us. I feel like we were the nightmares guests as well and they were so nice. Upon entering the room our luggage cart bumped the mirror on the wall and it must have been loose since it came crashing down… then the next day our toilet got blocked, they offered us another room to sleep in since it was late and they had no one to fix it at the time. We also asked for a service to let our dog out during the day since we were headed to the Louvre… someone on the staff actually did it for us since they knew of no on in the area. I would recommend this place for a decent place to stay. My only complaint is the coffee, it was like gross American coffee so I was a bit disappointed that I had to leave my hotel for good coffee. If you walk to the left of the hotel and make another left you are close to restaurants and shops in the town, a big market on Saturdays as well. Movie theatre near there also. Room was a bit tight for 4, but I think that’s a European thing.
