Buy Paris Duty Free Terminal 2A

Since I was too busy snapping shots of Paris and also because the majority of my friends have already been here, I spent less time shopping.
It wasn’t until I arrived at CDG that I realized I forgot to bring items back to a somewhat less enthusiastic floor of co-​workers. Regardless, I found a few items that would be a reminder of France:
Candies/​chocolates!
Good customer service, even with my hacker French skills. Just remember to say hello and thank you in French. A little courtesy goes a long way, my ignorant Americans.

So there are a few too many employees at one time bombarding you in efforts to help sell you something, but still very helpful and nice. My husband wanted to buy scotch. he ended up getting 2 bottles. He was given a few tasters as well — they had 10 tasting bottles out to try from and were happy to allow you to try as many as you want which was nice.
They had some really great deals; better pricing than Total Wine back home, on a lot of the items. Check for the slashed prices because those, of course, are the best. My husband got a bottle of Monkey Shoulder, normally 33 E for 23 E, which was cheaper than the states, and a bottle of Balvenie for less than in the states also. duty free helps too.
Of course, if you’re not familiar, there are also some finds that you can’t buy unless abroad on a cruise or at an airport, so those are always good selections.

So you need some last minute stuff to bring to someone that’s a «produit de France.» This is a great stop, in the terminal no less, to grab that item for a friend, colleague, or loved one. And despite the sticker shock you may be used to in Paris generally, prices here are not so bad.

Duty free c’est le charme du voyage, mais les prix né sont toujours aussi doux que l on imagine. Ceci dit il y a beaucoup de pays ou cela est pareil. Les boutiques sont agréables et diversifié. Le seul inconvénient c’est la structure même de l’aéroport qui n’est pas en adéquation avec les standards mondiaux. Les aéroports sont des centres commerciaux mais sur Roissy à part quelques terminaux.
