Stayed as part of a tour group and can say the hotel is clean. Offers soft down pillows and the room I stayed in had 2 twin beds, not double sized beds in the U.S. Bare amenities were provided like bar soap and shampoo but no conditioner and no shower cap. The towels are not plush but clean. One thing to get used to in Europe is small elevators and no bell service in all 4 hotels I stayed in. Free hot breakfast was nice and the bread spread is good. They offer cereals, yogurt, but only canned fruit cocktail, no fresh fruit. Coffee was good. The scrambled eggs and meats were a nice selection.

Not very good for business. They charge 20 euros to use an iron. It is loud and the rooms are not well insulated. Unfortunately this is where I must stay for business but I am not very happy. I will plain to my company.

I have given all five star reviews tonight… but for this hotel I had to go to the other end of the scale. It was one of my worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It started by landing at the front door to find even though it was clearly a busy conference type hotel that they had no bell service. And trying to get service is an event! After I FINALLY checked in(long lines as there was a conference) the front desk clerk had to ask the security guy to help me with my luggage. He wasn’t happy. He initially got the big carts you see at hotels and pushed it my way as if I was suppose to load my luggage and try to use that cart. My look to him made it clear I had no idea what I was suppose to do with it. He finally took my luggage upstairs but he didn’t want to. Even after that rudeness I tipped him and he finally smiled. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the restaurant with a glass of wine and dinner. It was clear that was impossible because the restaurant and lounge sit in an open plan right in front of registration. They had some sort of «special» singer. He was so hookey and bad that I thought it was really a joke. He was SOSO loud that in the open plan they also had for the rooms I heard him until we got all the way up to the 8th floor to the door to my room. I ended up getting room service which was pretty good. The staff was pretty nice — especially the two managers I talked to… but that didn’t help this hotel enough. The rooms were TINY. I needed to iron my suit but they only had some sort of machine in the room that I had no idea what it was for. I gave up… just ate my burger and went to bed.

The rooms are pricey and its not central Paris however the restaurant is good, the bar open until late. The rooms are a decent size, well kept, tidy and as you would expect. The ‘frills’ include coffee and tea facilities in your room. convenient if you don’t have time for breakfast. However breakfast is served from 6.30am onwards and it is the usual continental style buffet. The mix of cocktails and drinks is good, but reflected in the price!

For a business meeting: There was a nice selection of conference rooms, the set up was quite nice for each room including coffee machine, treats, yummy desserts, and fruit. The rooms were big enough, but the drop down white projector monitor was a bit wavy and dented and the projection just looked warped on it. That was a bit of a pet peeve. We stayed past the 3 hours alloted and we it was no bother, so that was of comfort. There is a bar right outside that looked decent, a bit of a sports bar feel to it. I never stayed here or saw a room, the colleagues that did stay there had nothing bad to say about the rooms.
