B&B Primavera

I’m giving it a neutral 3-​star rating because we ended up not staying here and were moved to another nearby B&B, the Alla Casa di Lucia.
The Primavera is in a GREAT location, just a short walk from the Citadella Parking lot and the Arena. Parking at the Citadella was € 15 for 24 hours.
It’s a painfully complex story that involved the nice host lady who just couldn’t communicate. Apparently, they sent us an email the day prior (that we hadn’t received) letting us know that there was some sort of hydraulic or water issue (??) and they moved us to the other B&B. It was a bit confusing and we could tell that she was frustrated; fortundately the host at the other place walked over and helped sort it out. You really need to know Italian (and maybe rural French) to understand what was going on; my Arabic and limited Spanish didn’t help much.
She did offer us a caffe while we waited, which was nice.
