Terrible experience! We woke up to find our car windshield smashed, called the Insurance and they said to arrange wit any carglass for a replacement. This happened on a Thursday morning but carglass could not give us an appointment until a week from Friday 45 minutes from our house. I arrived at the appointed time and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. They called an hour later to say they did not have the correct windshield and could not fix it and asked if I needed the car. My French speaking friend angrily told them to find one and fix it that day as they knew well in advance the model, etc. they did find one but could not have the car until the end of the day. I returned that evening to find that they had broken the new windshield while replacing it and could not get another one for 15 days. This time the windshield was. Rosen on the driver’s side and the car was unsafe to drive. I called the insurance and they towed the car to the dealer and it was repaired I. One day. Do not use Carglass. They are incompetent and uncaring about their customers
