I had a wedding to attend to in Ireland and was busy at work so had no time to pickup the my suit, so I contacted Mobile messenger for help. There task was to simply pickup my John Varatos suit at a taylor and deliver it to my apartment which was only a few blocks away. My fleight was the following morning and had no time to run this errand. When I got home from work that night I was shocked to discover that they dropped off one pants and I confirmed 10 times with the Taylor and she gave them 2 pair of pants, one of them was the $ 1,000 John Varvatos. I also have been dropping off clothes with this taypr for almost 10 years and never had and issue so they do have credability with me. When I called mobile messenger they were completly unhelpful and were considering waiving my $ 30 fee with them. They also adamantly defended their delivery person. Don’t they know the customer is always right. Also $ 30 dolllars only covers 3% of the money I lost with them. My next step is to contact the consumer affair and Better Business Bureau so wish me luck and please don’t trust them to pick up anything or get a lot of insurance because they told me their basic insurrance is for only $ 100.00
