Pretty good ramen shop… Not as good as found in Tokyo but pretty solid. Everything made from scratch… Miso broth is very tasty but the charsui is a bit tough… I’d recommend going here and give a try!

Wayyyy too much ginger in the ramen. Literally, mini-sized chunks of ginger in the broth. I couldn’t even finish half of my bowl. The gyoza was good. Service was attentive and friendly. Restaurant itself was very clean.

I’m a bit bias, but I love this place! Down Fujita Road before you get to the Fokai Shop. I always find myself there with a good group of friends and family!

I always have a bowl of ramen from Misoya every time I visit Guam. I get the spicy miso ramen with extra sprouts, less noodles and extra pepper paste on the side. The server and chef always accommodate my small alterations to the standard ramen. I like more broth so they make it that way. The restaurant is clean and has a standard menu of ramen, gyoza and other small plates. Their iced tea is good, not too sweet, just the way I like it!

This ramen place is really good. I just know that they don’t use any instant stuff and everything is done by scratch. My favorite is the Hokkaido miso ramen. Very filling with a miso egg. The gyoza is consistently good. I would definitely return again!

Really good ramen nice and flavorful not to watered down the broth was great ingredients much better than other island competitors, the downside is the gyoza not bad but not amazing. Service is always great no issues there, I would recommend this place for sure.

I am sincerely shocked at the reviews I saw in on Misoya. My wife and I went there based on what we saw and read on internet … big, big mistake. I am a ramen aficionado. I am very serious about it. However, just about everything in Misoya was wrong! The only thing that saved the day was chashu. Otherwise, the noodle is worse than store bought instant ramen and the broth(the selling point) was just plain, factory-mass-produced thing. My assessment, they are a McDonald of ramen in Guam. It is instant, pre-packaged, franchise, factory ramen with Tumon restaurant price. What a waste of an evening. Do I sound upset? You bet! I’m absolutely infuriated at the people who rated it five stars!!! Are you serious? Or are you related to the restaurant’s owner? … I just joined Unilocal just so that others won’t have to experience what I went through.

if you like fuji ichiban or ajisen, then you may not know what ramen should be. misoya has very good and authentic miso base ramen and probably the best in Guam. charcoal grilled charshu is marinated nicely and there are 4~5 big pieces(around 150~200g) of it!!! service is attentive and friendly too. highly recommend this place to ramen fans. missing 1 star is because interior is like American fast food restauran, and also Kome miso charshu ramen just misses a piece of butter to make it to perfection like real Hokkaido version.

Very yummy ramen– three broths to choose from, nice toppings, and thick chewy noodles. The place is very clean and cozy, attentive staff– including the owner Charles who took the time to explain the process of their product. Will definitely return!

Had a family friend come on in and place in orders for all three styles of miso ramen we offer. They had stated the kome was very flsvorful and the potato amd corn add a nice texture. A little salty on the soup but expected as it consists of the miso involved eith the broth. The daughter had a shiro yasai and said she loved how the vegetables still had a crunch to it when she was eating. Stated that other places it would dampen and be just really soft but here it still had a crunch in it and soaked the broth in beaitifully. The wife had the Mame Chashu and was ecstatic of the chashu adding that not only was it full of flavor but it really just addes such a nice mix eith the ramen. The miso was also on the salty side but again she had stated its expected. The karage was a nice touch as well as she is a meat type of eater more or less and she was really satisfied and FULL off such a bowl that doesnt look so enticing till you dig on in. The key seller to the dish they had stated was our broth and noodles. Very unique and worth a travel as they stay down in sinajana. They would like to thank all of the misoya guam familia and the service was spectacular adding that their waitress was helpfull detailed and aware that they were there for a good meal. Thank you Misoya Guam!!! I humbly send my thanks to the Castro Family from Chef James for enjoying and appreciating our ramen.

Misoya delivers an authentic Hokkaido-style ramen(kome miso) and offers two other miso-based broths. Ordered the chashu ramen and was intrigued that the chashu appeared to have been roasted, sliced, and then grilled; intrigue changed to disappointment after realizing it was actually burned and imparted its acrid flavor to the whole dish(if done with more care I’m sure this would actually taste great). Points also lost on the so-so gyoza and the pre-made sauce – vinegar and soy sauce with no layu – that accompanied them. Anyone who eats gyoza knows their own vinegar/sauce/layu ratio; this isn’t something that should come to the table already made. Service was prompt and very attentive. A co-owner approached the table and asked how the food was(right after I pulled up Unilocal on my iPhone) and I relayed the concerns noted above; he was apologetic and brought an equally apologetic chef out of the kitchen. I would definitely come again to allow them the chance to get the chashu right but might skip the gyoza(unless I find soy sauce, vinegar, AND layu on the table where they should be).
