McDonald’s

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was still raw in the middle. Another time I ordered a mcchicken and the lettuce was brown and the chicken smelled. Hash browns are always mushy and their coffee is nasty.

Ok I don’t like McDonalds
First off fries are cold
Second it takes me 25min. To get my order and all I asked for is for medium fries and a fish filet
And 3^rd and final
Drive through is about thirty min.

Worst McDonalds on Guam. I live in Yigo and usually order through the drive through due to my busy schedule. They get my order wrong about 80% of the time!

Slowest drive thru ever! Staff dont move with a purpose. Even with two ordering kiosk for drive thru still no help

I pretty much agree with Victoria’s review but I have a few things to add. Just tonight I saw a staff member eat a french fry right out off of the line. Then walk to the back side of the assembly line where they usually setup the breakfast sandwiches and make a plate of food and walk to the back. I saw two other employees drinking out of a to-​go cup right in front of customers.
There was a lady who walked in after I had placed my order and about five employees walked back and forth in front of her but didn’t bother to acknowledge her like Victoria experienced. I was mad for her.
McDonald’s is known for their french fries, somehow this location’s fries just don’t cut it most times. They are either cold, soggy or taste like they’ve been sitting.
Overall, they can definitely do better.

Yes. This is a review for Micky D’s. McDonald Restaurants are notoriously known for their consistent food quality. No argument there. Nothing spectacular or extraordinary however what defines a great location is not only the actual «location» but the customer service that you get there. This location completely missed the mark.
I walk in the Mobil Mart and head straight to the Micky D waiting my turn to be asked what I’d like to order. Two people ahead of me ordered and despite seeing me wait behind the customers who just placed their orders, the cashiers all disappeared and no one was there to take anyone’s order. Strange since there were many McDonald «crew» people just hanging around and looking at us and not even acknowledging us or to say, «we’ll be right with you.»
After waiting for 10 minutes I left. I took my car and went through the drive thru and the service there was not any better. I was cut off short many times and not so much as a thank you or come again. BTW, they charge .50 cents for a large cup of ice.
The store was clean and tidy inside and their food… well, it’s Micky D’s! You really can’t mess that up but the management and crew of this location could sure use a few lessons from Hamburger University on excellent customer service.
