Mandy Parslow Pottery

The wife and I vacationed the month of march in 2009 in the glen of aherlow lodge and self catering. Mandy’s small yet wonderful studio/​store front was a mere seconds down the road from the lodge. We stopped on our way into Tipperary town later in the evening and we didn’t think she would be open but she was. She was working on some pieces. She was very friendly and when I noticed her sign displaying her business hours I told the wife we were their after hours and Mandy said that it was fine and to take our time and look around all we wanted. We spent close to two hours in her studio browsing her really wonderful work. We wound up buying two lamps that I liked and the wife bought a small teapot and a matching set of cups and saucers for it. Mandy is a very kind person and her work speaks for itself but I urge you if you are in the area to stop and check out her shop. She does really wonderful work, and its definitely something one might want to buy for its beauty and artisan craftsmanship.
