Been here about 10 of the last 15 weekday lunchtimes, for a salad bowl each time. The food is fresh. Service is efficient (even more so if you order online for collection, although then you miss watching it being made). At € 6.50-€ 6.85 for the bowl, it may seem pricey, and it is — compared to the cost of buying the ingredients and making it yourself (obviously), but compared to the cost of a meal anywhere else, it’s very good value and, unlike virtually all of the competition, fresh. I find it also quite filling (despite the low calories, which are helpfully quoted on the menu for each dish). You can eat-​in or take away, and I’d recommend arriving at off-​peak times if you want to eat in, as it gets busy. Great way to keep up your daily fresh fruit & veg intake.

Lets just say I loved it so that’s why I’m giving it 4 but himself was less impressed so I better leave it with a 3 and a half!!! I got the duck with rocket and he got the duck with ice berg! Word of warning they are very generous with the ice berg maybe a little to generous so it kind of leaves all the other ingredients a little lonely in the bowl as too much greenery takes over and not enough ducky!
It’s not the cheapest but its a healthy food shop and sure what health food is cheap anymore apart from tap water! It’s a great alternative to the carb over load that it the chicken roll for lunch and I definitely think the quirky way of chopping up and mixing the salad so well is what really makes this place special, hence the name! Chopped!
Every week I watch these American reality shows and they always seem to be eating the greatest looking salads from funky plastic bowls! Well now I’m the image of Kimmy K with my salad bowl from chopped!

Finally a healthy option eatery on the north side that is not too expensive! Just bought myself a passionista smoothie on the way to watch the Dubs in Croke Park. Will definitely be back here to try the delicious looking salads during the week. Bright, airy and roomie… oh and digging the green décor! This type of option really a much needed establishment to the Fairview promenade.
