Have been going to this place for a few weeks ago, was very impressesd with the quality, range and price of their lunch time fare. Until today, when a portion of lasagne previously sold at a fixed price of € 4.50 had to be ‘weighed’ and came in at € 7.70. I won’t be back.

I came in here on a pit stop to the pharmacy next door. I am new to the area and so glad I stopped in to take a peep. I picked out some nice cuts of meat to grill up for the upcoming week also some antipasto. The lady at the counter was a real pleasure to speak to as my friend through in some yogurt and my card (having coming from California) was not working through their AIB services. She mentioned what do I have in cash and the rest we can put on a tab. I ended up paying it all but having just moved into the area. this was a real treat to have this nice service from the lady. Found my local food store. Cheers (:

Sort of an organic and fine foods store but they also have things I like (Q being inherently adverse to anything overtly healthy).
They stock tremendous things like mellas fudge and a great selection of cheeses.
Also the only shop I have found locally that stock the 00 flour I need for pasta making.
On a Sunday the shop has cleverly started stocking the newspapers which keeps the customers from the venues previous incarnation — I don’t know if they have them the rest of the week, I presume they do!
They also do fresh pastries, … the more I think of it, the more I am of the opinion that this place is made for Sunday mornings.
