Very Very bad customer experience. They delivered wet timber to use under plaster board/​slab and when complaint made they sent a representative to test the moisture level and yes the timber was wet and I should wait a short period to let it dry. They refused outright to replace the wet timber. As a customer who over the years spent over € 100k, I was offered € 1.40 (the amount of interest added to my account whilst attempting to resolve the dispute with them).
1 Star is over the top & I have never returned to them in the last 3 years.
