This pub is attached to the Glengarriff Park hotel. It’s a modern bar but it tries to have an old school feel about it, the room is split into different areas as if it is attempting to make a snug and the wood around the bar is dark which gives that traditional Irish pub feel about the place. One great thing is the fact that it has an open fire, I know most people are in Glengarriff during the summer and would not appreciate such a feature which is a pity but let me tell you in the winter time it is very welcome, nothing like a drink beside an open fire around Christmas time is there! You can get food in this bar too if you get a bit hungry. It’s a pity there is not more outdoor seating in this pub but sure knowing Irelands weather maybe it isn’t a major loss anyway!
