I visited on Friday and it was fantastic. I had the Gamberetti pizza which was delicious and the house white was very reasonable. The staff were friendly and the food was serviced quickly. We weren’t rushed after our meal and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be visiting again

Was here for dinner on the evening of 09÷02÷14. It was quite busy and we hadn’t booked a table so we were lucky to be seated.
My friend treated me to dinner for my birthday so I was excited to revisit the restaurant of my youth. I’m never disappointed when I eat in da Mario.
For starter we both got Bruschetta Toscana and for main I got Pizza Romana (ham and chicken) and my friend got Lasagne.
Value for money as the two courses and two minerals costed € 43. We will definitely be back!

I’m upping this place to five stars as I honestly cannot fault it! Post-​festival takeaway is a vitally important part of the recovery process. Very, very important.
Tonight I got the ‘Spaghetti con Polpette’ It’s spaghetti pasta served in a tomato sauce with Italian style meat balls, parsley, chilli and garlic.
It was SO tasty. Ridiculously so if I’m honest. Every flavour that was in there was amazing, and fully flavoursome, each one stood out as much as the other. There was LOADS in it. I had to leave about half of it behind for the breakfast. (Quit your judging!!)
They also have a new couple’s deal in which you can get two pasta dishes or pizza, one garlic bread, and a bottle of wine for only € 25. WHOPPER!

For me, hands down the very very best takeaway Pizza ive ever had. Yeah you constantly see all the offers from your Domino’s, your Apache’s and your Mizzoni’s, but absolutely nothing beats a Da Marios. The crust is incredible, the cheese, cheesier than anyone else, the pepperoni, more pepperoni-​ish than anywhere else, every ingredient is so fresh and so tasty on each pizza. Midweek offers of a tenner a pizza make it even better. If you havnt had a Da Marios pizza yet, just get one, eat it all to yourself, you’ll see!
