Nandos food is amazing had a chicken wrap with a side of chips the food was great the place is nice the only problem I had was i went on a date there and the guy who give us are menu wouldn’t stop checking out my date and smiling at her it pissed me off that much I had to hold myself back from punching the guy changed both are moods next time I go I’ll ask for a boot some place closed off so it won’t destroy are mood. But overall apart from one waiter it’s a great place to go

Nando’s is Nando’s. Always good service and really nice food! One thing i did pick up on at this Nando’s is when your order a starter, you get it as a starter rather than with your mains like most Nando’s do. Sometimes they’re too fast with your mains!

McDonald’s is a guilty pleasure. Burger-King is a guilty pleasure and Nandos is most definitely a guilty pleasure. So much guilt it’s positively Catholic. A relatively recent addition to the Nando’s fast food empire, there was a queue out the door of the Liffey Valley branch when we arrived after a surprisingly good pot luck movie in the multiplex about 50 feet away. After a short wait we were seated and, for those unfamiliar with the business model, if you don’t like chicken you’re out of luck. Teenage daughter and I both selected the butterfly chicken(essentially a bashed chicken fillet marinated in a hottish lime and mango sauce and barbecued to within an inch of it’s short life). Oddly, you select your food from the menu, toddle up to the counter, order and pay, fill your own soft drink and collect condiments and implements and return to table to wait for service. It works but it’s strange. The mains come with two sides — fries, coleslaw, corn on the cob, garlic bread etc — and are generously proportioned and, in our case, washed down with bottomless coke. Service is friendly and attentive and the clientele primarily teenagers, young couples and families with small kids so it’s not quiet. Then again, we didn’t expect fine dining. In and out in 45 minutes, cost just a shade short of € 40. Satisfying, filling and probably very unhealthy but it does what it says on the tin.
