Haven’t been here since it was Wongs and it being so close we decided to try something different for Christmas eve lunch.
The place was packed, which is always a good sign. The staff, although kept us waiting for a while when we came in before they approached us were super friendly, even had a bit of banter with them and are willing to put a dish together if you don’t see anything you fancy on the menu.
For starters we shared crispy duck with pancakes, there was so much duck, cooked to perfection and with the trimmings and sauce, delish.
For mains there was green curry, which was gorgeous, really rich and not spicey, schewzan prawns, roasted duck and I got the crispy shredded chicken. By far the nicest chicken I’ve had in a long time.
We were too full for desert, and even took a large doggie bag home, their portions are immense!
Will definitely be back to try more dished
