Love the coffee here… It’s a fantastic place to grab a really great barista made coffee, the flat whites are done well! They do have a food menu however I’ve never eaten here other than some of their cake treats which have always been great, lovely textures and great flavours. The café itself, does have seating however for me it’s not as warm/cosy as it could be… I tend to always have the coffee to go, it doesn’t lure me in to stay for awhile which is a shame. They are a little off the beaten track, so the far end of George’s Street however please don’t let that put you off… It really is worth the extra minute walk for the great coffee… Definitely the best coffee in Dun Laoghaire.

Good coffee has finally made its way as far as Dun Laoghaire or should I say, I finally found a good coffee shop in DL! I had a half hour to spare in DL the other day so I ventured down to these guys(a little off the beaten track but worth the 5 min walk) for a flat white as I’d hear’d good things about them form Mrs. S. Its a fresh sleek looking shop inside with a mix of bar style seating an also table and chair seating. The shop feels really spacious when you’re inside which is nice. The coffee is really really good! The owner is very passionate about the coffee beans they use he likes to experiment with new flavours which is great. They also use organic milk which I think makes a huge difference. So this is my new coffee spot for Dun Laoghaire!

Fabulous spot nestled up the ‘other’ end of George’s St in Dun Laoghaire. It’s about five mins walk from the ‘epicentre’, but I get the feeling that despite it’s proximity, people don’t know about it! Open just about two years, it’s got a very ‘now’ feeling, with slick pared back décor, the friendly & passionate owners at the helm, and all locally sourced products. I ordered peppermint tea which came in an exquisite silk-like tea bag. It was really excellent quality and served how I like it. Their coffee is Cloud Picker(though I don’t drink coffee, I hear this is the shtuff). If I’m in the area again, I will definitely be going for food. They serve lunch from The Real Olive Co, and most importantly, cakes from Wildflour Bakery. YES, always YES to Wildflour Bakery.

Great café in good location. Wonderful spacious and relaxing interior and great design. Scrumptious cakes and great cloud picker coffee. Raspberry and white chocolate cake was spoon licking good, coffee wasn’t very hot but first day open so will go again to see if it gets any better. Great place.
