After flying home from a week in the sun and eating out everyday, beautiful tapas, salads and fish, my body craves boiled food. To be specific, bacon and cabbage with flowery potatoes and creamy white sauce. I have been coming here for years and it never fails to completely satisfy me. This is a small town that most drivers scurry through as quickly as possible, but perhaps next time you might take a short break and rediscover our national dish. You will not be disappointed,
