I attend cognitive behavioural therapy with Mr. Losty, i go because i wanted to change my destructive behaviour because it was effecting all my relationships, family, friends etc. Through CBT i am now learning different coping strategys for anger, frustration and destructive behaviour. The sessions have made a huge difference in my life and to the people who are close to me. I highly recommend his practice!
