Decent juices. Airport prices. The cost of juice isn’t really thar bad, but they change a lot for nuts… Disappointing nuts. I just finished a modified ‘Imuni’ juice. I asked for spinach instead of apple, but I’m pretty sure there was no spinach in it. I’m too tired to be bothered. Juice tasted good though. Oranges, strawberries, and a little ginger. It tasted like there was lemon in it too… Which I like… Maybe the oranges are on the sour side. I got the beet juice when I was here earlier tie month. It was pretty bad, and I really like beet juice blends. There wasn’t enough citrus or ginger or anything to cut the flavor. I’d suggest going for something safe here… Not a good place to be adventurous or try something new. And avoid those nuts; it’d be less expensive to get them at one of the shops here. Oh, and they accept credit cards now.

Service was very friendly and fast and I got the Protein punch was very tasty. Good selection on the menu. But huge fail goes to them for not taking card… It’s an airport for crying out loud?! Most travellers especially business travellers use their credit card to keep track of expenses. Ugh.

Waiting for someone to arrive at an airport must be one of the most boring things in the world, especially as the waiting time can be so unpredictable. I decided to distract myself from the hypnotic lure of the arrivals doors opening and closing and opening and closing by trying a Protein Punch at Jump Juice Bars in the arrivals hall. There was no banana so I was asked if I’d like to change my order, and when I decided on the Protein Punch anyway, I was offered a substitute of my choice for the missing banana. Not bad service at all! The smoothie was delicious, not overly sweet and perfectly textured(I recently had a row with a smoothie which had a blackberry chunk that was just that bit too big to be sucked up the straw and insisted on blocking every thing else –maddening). The seats are pretty comfy and so I did not flop off the stool as is often my wont when sitting on a bar-style stool for so long that one of my legs goes dead without me realising it. Definitely recommended for those long dreary waits when your friend or family member is stuck at luggage reclaim watching one sad lonely beaten up suitcase going around and around on the belt.
