I don’t like 3 customer service, unfortunately there isn’t a better provider(good prices, pay as go, unlimited data etc). It depends on the person, some of them are more helpful then others. I find a nightmare to deal with customer service over the phone. Last experience I had was when I bough HTC. I shouldn’t have bought that phone as I couldn’t see how it worked. I trust the lady so I decided to buy an HTC instead of Samsung or iPhone 6. I had issue with the connection, I had to change 3 sims. I also had an issue with moving from a bill to prepay. I hadn’t been helped when I explained that number wasn’t working because the contracted ended. They told me to call them when I had a prepay sim, I did. They didn’t say that they couldn’t unlock my new phone until I paid 130 € in credit, I called them 4 times, none helped me even the 3 girl working there wasn’t listened. The reason I had to get a new phone was due an accident occurred to my iPhone 5. They just didn’t care. I had the same number and a different sim because I was moving from a bill to prepay and I still had to give them 130 €. Next time I have to buy a new phone, I shop online, so I avoid all this mess.
