(1) I bought a suit from ASTF (2) Required multiple re-​visits to have suit corrected (3) Cost roughly € 430 (4) Suit does not fit
Due the the amount of times I had to return to have this suit adjusted I eventually gave up on it as I had zero confidence that they could produce a suit that fits correctly. The level of incompetence extends to the fact that after multiple adjustments the trousers are so badly fitted, just to wear them standing is very uncomfortable at the back. I now have a suit which cost me over € 400 (which i don’t have to be wasting) sitting in my closet the last few months. It was a suit for my work and I have worn it to work twice so far.
I realise that their policies and procedures protect them with regard to refunds and I have zero confidence in them producing a suitable replacement so I am just writing to warn others.
