I will be going to Africa in the summer so I needed to get a lot of vaccines(and a certificate saying I have those shots). I had to get 6 vaccines total and I was able to get them all here in only 3 shots to get them all, which is great for anyone who does not like needles, or would like to feel their arms for the rest of the day. 200 euro for all the shots, which I thought was a bit much, I don’t have anything to base it on. Although Dr Sunhera Zaib is really nice and friendly, she did not seem to get any jokes that I made(i.e. She took out two booklets to put the certificate of Yellow Fever in and one was yellow so I commented that it would make sense for it to be in that book, to which she seemed confused and said she COULD put it in that book if I wanted, but it really SHOULD be in the other). On the weekends there is another person there, who I do not remember the name of, but he seemed confused as to why I needed the shots in the first place, basing his reasons for why I did not off of a chart from 2008 on where Yellow Fever, Hep A, Hep B, etc were prevalent. If its not from yesterday, I don’t think its accurate in this global world… He also did not explain where I was going to Dr Sunhera Zaib where I was going(effects what shots I need) or why I needed them now as opposed to right before I went(visas). Also, their computers have always been down when I am there, leading to both of the Drs to take hand notes, leading to my address being wrong, which I feel is very strange for a doctors office. They would have been 5 stars if the 2 doctors communicated better, had more current information(or used the internet – gov’t based websites, not random things) and had better computers.

Your health is your wealth. Bank it here! This tucked away private medical centre is the best I’ve attended in city centre. They have fantastic hours: Monday-Friday until 7pm and they have Saturday and Sunday hours too. The price is slightly under the average in city centre: 50 Euros for a weekday visit, 55 Euros for a weekend. I did not have to wait past my appointment time, which was fantastic. Dr Sunhera Zaib runs the practice and is quite educated, friendly, professional, and compassionate. You’ll pick this up when she’s reviewing your records and the questions she asks. She’s very thorough and ensures you receive the proper paperwork when you leave, whether it’s for tax purposes or insurance reimbursements. She spent a quality amount of time reviewing my case and ensuring my complaint was well-addressed. I did not feel rushed at all. It was apparent, to me, that the primary concern was my well-being and satisfactory treatment. The building the clinic in is a bit tucked away and it is easy to miss the door if you are not watching the signs. The building itself is rather manky, but once you are buzzed upstairs to the clinic itself, it is impressively clean and organised. Unlike my previous visit at Jervis Medical Centre, she collected payment at the end of the visit — which is how it should be and is custom. She does not, however, accept credit cards.
