Affidea Dundrum

I came here for an MRI scan and the service overall was excellent. They are open on Saturday and Sunday as well which was very convenient, and the clinic is within easy access just above the Balally Luas stop. The call for my appointment was delayed by 10 days due to some management change issues, but as soon as I mentioned it to my GP she contacted them and I got a call the same day and was booked in 2 days later. Everything was on time and there were no delays. The staff were very nice and explained everything well. The scan was shorter than I’d expected; it only took 12 mins, while the last MRI I had in Hermitage took 25 mins. Not sure if it depends on the area though. The clinic itself is very modern and clean with pristine white furnishings and a coffee machine too. All the scans here are fully covered by insurance and you need to have a referral letter from your doctor. They gave me the CD afterwards, and the report went to my doctor 2 days after.
Overall, timely and efficient with great service.
