I am at the end of my tether with this place. So my last review said«Never again.» That didn’t really happen as it is the closet Indian take away to me and I love Indian food. So I have ordered a few times since. Tonight just was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered their chicken karachi special with garlic coriander naan and Coca-Cola. I GOT plain naan and Diet Coke. DIETCOKE! Anyone who drinks regular Coke does not appreciate been given Diet Coke. I rang and told the guy that the drink was wrong. He said that they realised that they had run out of Coke. I told him that what you do in that situation is you CALLTHECUSTOMER and tell them. I don’t drink Diet Coke. Why on Earth would I want it. If I was told this I would have asked for an orange or something with real sugar. He told me he would add € 2 to my account. It’s hardly anything to get excited about and I bid him adieu. THEN I realised my naan was PLAIN. Not garlic coriander as ordered. I rang, spoke with another guy. I told him it was infuriating at this stage as they are constantly getting my ordered wrong. Usually forgetting my dips or poppadoms. He said he would send the naan down, I told him I was eating now and there was no point. He said he would add € 5 to my account. At this stage I was hungry and was like fine, grand, thanks, bye. I also ordered the Indian Brussel sprouts. There was 6 of them. They were totally undercooked and fairly tasteless. I like my veggies al dente. That is not the issue here. At € 4.75 there must be a HUGE mark up on them. I am so annoyed. SOANNOYED. I spent € 20 on Bombay Bantry tonight and have been irritated by the entire experience. So this € 5 is now on my account. This basically covers the cost of the Coke and the naan that I did not receive. It’s hardly compensation as I never drank the Diet Coke and barely ate my bland plain naan. If I do decide to take advantage of this € 5 on my account and actually order from here again and the food and service is improved I will update my review. But the way I feel right now I wouldn’t hold my breath. But we’ll see. Maybe they will get a chance to redeem themselves with me.

I have ordered for delivery from this place twice and both times it was not good. The first time I got a prawn dish which arrived cold with about 2 prawns in it. Second time I got two different chicken dishes for me and my other half. His was supposed to be spicy but both tasted exactly the same and we’re more sweet than anything else again there was very little meat in the dishes and they arrived cold and the naan bread was soggy. I live close to the place so the food didn’t have far to go. Won’t be ordering from here again

Avoid like the plague. Waited over an hour for food to be delivered. We live about 5 mins away by car. Food arrived cold and also missing a childs meal which was paid for. Rang to complain, told it would be another half hour to wait for the rest of it. We cancelled the order asked them to pick up the food and refund the money. 2 hours later and three phone calls later still no sign of the refund. I’m sure the food is nice. When not cold and missing. Customer service is the worst for a franchise.

Wow. This is one of the best Indian places I have been to in the world. It even beats most places in India. It is a take away place so I wasn’t expecting much, but went here with a friend that we were staying with in the area. Since I love Indian food I didn’t say no. What I didn’t expect was for the food to be some of the best I’ve tried. The place is rather big for a take away only place so plenty of room to wait for your order. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and they were really nice when you placed your order. You could see the chefs starting to work away striaght away but not in a hurry. The Aloo was way too spicy, almost hard to eat it, but the Kofta Curry and the Chicken curry was out of this world. I did not expect this!

Dropped in here out of the blue with my girlfriend, and got the special. The food is excellent and apparently they use time and never flour to thicken their curry’s. The staff are helpful and friendly. Will be back for more.

The masochist within me demands a tradition of curry after a bout of dental surgery from a few shoppes down. While not the best curry I’ve ever had,(no vindaloo!), I really do like this small and open restaurant. When you walk in, you can see them working to prepare the food. The work area seems quite clean, stainless steel and clean counters. Each time, the order is the same, 2 things of basmati rice, naan bread, a chicken korma for one, and a gaan fire house lamb for myself. The latter is the hottest thing they have on menu. To its credit, it does have a pleasant and lovely burn. This totals about 22 Euro. They are prompt and friendly. I rarely wait more than 10 minutes. The basmati rice is pleasantly steamed, not mushy or runny. The naan bread is ok and I’m told the chicken korma is lovely. I’ve found that in absent of a good vindaloo, this gaan fire house lamb is an acceptable substitute. My only complaint is that 22 Euro for two is a bit dear for a takeaway curry, a price that’s inflated since most the menu is ala carte.
