Had an okay haircut and colour, but the girl was splashing the colour all around, so it got on my handbag. when i brought handbag back girl claimed she could not see it! I had removed as much as i could with the bit of cotton wool i had grabbed to remove dye from my face (they didn’t even do that!) offered me a free blowdry. Not really compensation for the spoiling of a € 200 handbag!
Place was dirty, fag ash on the ground… Pity, have had my hair done here before and it was good. disappointing, won’t be back.
