What a breath of fresh air Coppa is! It’s just far enough off the beaten path that it’s not full of tourists. Coppa is a rarity in Dublin — it’s bright!!! Huge wall of windows, bright white walls… but it still manages to be cozy with bespoke tables and chalkboard menus. The coffee was ok(honestly I hoped for better), but the food was exceptional. Coppa is loosely Italian, but fresh local ingredients are the stars. We had the homemade sausage sandwich, «fancy» ham and cheese, veggie frittata, parsnip and truffle oil soup, and a sampling of side salads(this was a family of four — we shared and sampled from each others’ plates) We loved everything! The soup was so smooth and the perfect blend of sweet and savory. I would eat it any rainy day. The salads were inventive and satisfying, and everything was prepared fresh to order. We will definitely return here to try out the sweet end of the menu as well(and also pop into the RHA, which we didn’t have time for on this visit).

Hi. I went here looking for a good coffee. I didn’t find it: Espresso was to burn and cappuccino was too«milky». However I found a great service, good food and the room is incredible bright. I love that concept of all windows — no walls.

I met here with friends for a coffee before going the the annual exhibition in the RHA and was very disappointed by the cappuccino. I’m not overly fussy about my coffee but if it tastes only of milk there’s something not quite right. Two friends wanted a eat a bite(5.30pm) but were send away as they were busy preparing canapes for catering. So that wasn’t ideal either. Looking at the reviews so far I exected far more. So maybe I just called in on a bad day but I’m not overly convinced that I’ll be back.

This is one of my favourite cafes in Dublin. The space is amazing, so bright. They’ve just started opening a couple of evenings a week too for aperitivo and food. A lovely after work option.

Stopped in for my early morning coffee, I had driven past thus place plenty of times ant not even noticed it which is a dam shame because had I know I wouldn’t of gon past without dropping in! Another café that really knows what they’re doing with their coffee. Really good! I love the serving counter aswell STUFFED with tasty treats wooden crates with fresh fruit for juicing and a few tempting looking bottles of wine on the shelf. The length of the wall is all glass which is great for peering out of while you enjoy your coffee, pity there’s not more of a foot fall outside it would make a fab people watching spot

Only been once so can’t judge it across the board. Flat white coffee was excellent and I will be going back for another. Had a really great ‘coppa’ and red pepper sandwich. So well balanced, everything from how it was toasted to flavours etc. well thought out and well executed. Really nice setting too but I took it to go.

Gorgeous spot to grab some lunch on a sunny day as the space completely fills with light and it’s as good as sitting outside, minus the wind/flies/traffic hullabaloo! The food here is clearly really good quality but I got the bean salad and fritatta and found it too salty to be eaten together as a combo. Individually they probably would have been palatable with a bit of bread or salad, but together I felt like I had gotten my RDA of salt intake for the week!.. They do «tweet treats» too, which I always think is a nice touch!

Just had lunch here with some friends… wow! I believe it’s owned by whoever owns Coppinger Row and let me tell you they’re doing an amazing job. Soups, sandwiches, frittata, salads, coffees and cakes, perfect before a pre-gallery viewing upstairs! All they need is the wine…
