I love this Eddie rockets. I don’t care what anyone says they are all different wherever you go. I hate the one in Liffey Valley food is always cold and under or over cooked. The Blanchardstown Eddies really does the job. It’s over priced and fast food but still we always go back. Them cheese and bacon fries how I crave them. The fries aren’t even good it’s just that melted cheese !! They put it on everything in here even the chicken tenders! I love the Oreo milkshakes and the brownies too. They have come a long way in the past few years and the menu is huge compared to what they used to have. The décor is all the same but the food keeps changing. They’re starting to do deals (eventually) which is two adult meals that includes any burger, fries and soda. And two kids meals for € 29.95. Also the staff in the Blanchardstown eddies are lovely and always smiling.

Had a burger with cheddar garlic fries and a vanilla shake. The burger was fresh and hot and was good. The milkshake was good and was plenty large. As for the fries, I wasn’t a fan. I have not acquired the taste to mayo on my fries, and it was a pretty heavy amount as well.
The server noticed that I hadn’t eaten too many of my fries and took them off my check, which I appreciated. I hadn’t complained because I’m sure they tasted as intended and are popular.

I come here more than I go to see my mammy, so definitely about time I gave them a review.
It’s exactly what you’d expect; big burgers, creamy milkshakes, friendly waitresses. A slice of America in Dublin 15. The food seems to be pretty consistent across the branches, but this is my local and so it has an extra special feel to me.
I’m particularly taken by the Smokestack burger. It has applewood cheese and bacon on it. Sometimes the bacon can be a bit fatty. I asked for the fat to be cut off last time and although they couldn’t do it, the waitress was really helpful and explained exactly why. (They have new Spanish ham and the fat is all through it).
One of my favourite things about Eddies is the hot sauce. It’s that delicious buffalo sauce that TGIs used to have and it makes everything better.

Very poor food quality, and no time spend on trying to make it look appealing.
Had the sliders, which were as hard as rocks.
Then I ordered a chillie dog that looked, lets put it nice awfull…
2 stars, 1 for environment and 1 for location.
I might try another Eddie rockets, but I will never come back to this place… Awfull

Empty Pockets has come a long way in recent times.
I hadn’t been to an Eddie Rockets in a few years due to below par quality food and sky high prices. We decided enough time had passed to give it another go and we were very impressed.
For one, their burgers have drastically improved. The prices for the individual burgers seems much more reasonable now, even though I’m not 100% sure they have come down. The big change for me was the excellent value red basket deals. I got the sliders and tenders variety basket. Tenders were perfect and the sliders were excellent little bite sized slices of heaven. A huge side of fries perfectly complimented the meal.
I also decided to go for a Reeses malt and again, I loved every drop. Huge portion size, full of flavour. All round a fantastic experience. Although I left with empty pockets, I felt the price was very much justified this time round. Next time I won’t leave it so long.

I have not been in Eddie Rockets for a while, but when the graving for a delicious chocolate malt shake was overbearing, I had to do the needful … Eddie Rockets here I come.
I was pleasantly surprised when I studied the menu — a new menu, when did that happen? It was about time since the old menu did not have menu choices. The new menu however, looked very promising and full of new dishes to pick from.
I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Tenders, the Bacon & Cheese Fries and a malt chocolate shake (I know they are classics, but you have to listen to your graving).
As always the food was delicious and the shake even better than I could remember.
The only thing that disappoints every time is the bill. The food, even though it is delicious, for what it is, it is slightly overpriced and the new menu, even though with increased choices, has still the same overpriced prices.

I have been to a large number of eddie rockets but so far this one is my favorite! Eddie rockets is known for its classic american diner décor and its classic american food. Eddie rockets has never let me down when im craving a big juicy cheeseburger or cheese and bacon fries, and my favorite, the HUGE chocolate milkshakes! I always find them very friendly despite how it can get super packed! :)
