Genius is a great men’s clothing shop. They sell good quality basics and classic pieces such as jeans and leather jackets, which aren’t too expensive taking into account that they are really good quality. They recently opened another branch in the Dundrum Town Centre, but this one is my favourite.
They sell more casual, but not too out-​there pieces and like Mary and Kate said Diesel jeans. If you’re looking for some good advice from a shop assistant ask for Daniel in here, he’s super-​friendly and helpful.

I really like the style of men’s clothing they sell at Genius. I think that a lot of the items here are really versatile and I could see a lot of different types of guys with different styles shopping in here.
They sell casual but visually interesting t-​shirts, sweatshirts and loads of Diesel jeans for your regular joe, albeit a regular joe who swears by Diesels (you know who you are). There are tailored plaid button downs, and unique leather shoes for those a bit hipper than the rest and some fashion-​forward items for metro man.
They also sell some really great leather jackets, appropriate for everyone, because nothing’s more timeless and stylish than a great leather jacket.

Genius is a really cool guy’s clothing store.
Located in the Powerscourt Townhouse centre, you can either enter from the centre itself, or they have an on street entrance on Clarendon St too.
They stock brands like Diesel, Franklin and Marshall, Gas and Levi’s. It’s funky jean, hoodies, vintage-​looking tshirts and beanie hats. They stock a lot of the same brands as BT2, but shopping here doesn’t make you feel like you’re giving in the huge commercial wheel that is Brown Thomas.
The stuff is a little pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. Good quality stuff.
