Hello, everyone. Felt like I should bring some truth about this whole laser thing. My experience is based under seven sessions throughout the year.
Laser hair removal a great thing, great idea, but in practice it has quite some flaws.
Those three stars represent overall product, rather than company’s customer service, or staff behaviour etc. I was almost every time very satisfied on my visits, but this is not about that.
I spent € 99 for six sessions via groupon. Did not get the results that I was expecting. Did they reduce my hair count on chest? Yes. Significantly? No. I’d say reduction was about 40−50%. After my treatments finish and I didn’t renew it, because I was reasonably happy with the results. Three month later I can tell that all hear is growing back on and treatment is only so affective as you keep continuously getting it.
€ 99 per year doesn’t sound as bad, but you can’t expose yourself to sunlight or sun beds. You actually can, but then your treatment is postponed till your skin looses tan.
Don’t waste your money, unless you must get rid of ‘em hairs.

I began with the clinic last year to have laser hair removal on my bikini area, I am now finished my course I was so pleased with the results that i decided to sign up for a spectacular combination special the clinic had on other areas!
The service is fantastic its always a pleasure to come here.
Not to mention the girls are friendly & professional at the same time!
I have seen so much change in Havana over the last year they have moved premises to 13 main street and it is absolutely fabulous.
The other place was quite small but yet still calm and relaxing. I am delighted for to see a business expanding at this time.
The girls have been so helpful over my course of laser I am now having skin treatments with the clinic in which i’m delighted with the results and improvement of my skin already.
I have referred lots of my friends, they feel the same as myself with their treatment, some of which have referred there own family and friends.
Personally, I would highly recommend Havana therapy.

The transformation that I’ve seen at Havana has been like night and day. After my first 3 experiences with Havana had left me with a sour taste in my mouth but upon my 4^th session I had arrived to find my experience quite different and actually quite enjoyable. As per previous visits, I had felt that my treatments were extremely rushed, parts of my treatment were skipped and the salon and specialist were not hygienic.
On my fourth visit of my treatments, I walked in and waited as usual to be taken back for my treatment. Once getting into the room, the therapist took time to speak to me about my previous treatments, my experience, how I felt I was coming along and in general if I felt the treatments were working. Her demeanour was very pleasant and professional. As she was going to exit the room so I could prepare for my treatment, she advised that my garments were on the table for my convenience. Everything looked and felt much cleaner than on my previous visits.
As we started my treatments the therapist took the time to walk me through each step of my laser hair removal treatment, and walked me through what to expect while she was focusing on each section. It was much more professional and comfortable and I felt at ease. I watched the therapist put on clean gloves, sterilize the equipment before and after use and I knew that my bottom was laying on a clean towel After my treatment, the therapist allowed me time to lather myself with aloe. Once I came out of the treatment room, I was walked to the counter and left to book my next appointment.
I can’t explain too much what made my experience that much better as it involves things that should only be heard by the ears of ladies, but I can say if I hadn’t been locked into a package I wouldn’t have come back but I am glad that I stuck with it because the service is now what I would come to expect.
I should note that after reading my review, the manager of Havana had called me to discuss my experience and said that she was not pleased with what she had read about my experience. She advised that the company had recently been taken over by new management around December 2012 and a few changes had been implemented with many more changes were to come. I really appreciate the fact that she had taken the time to talk to me and show that she cared about her customers and was interested in what she could personally do to make each and every experience of all of her customers better.
