Very happy with my hair colour and the friendly manner of the stylists but usually at the other branch I’ve visitors you get tea and toast of a morning appointment and I quite missed that! Also for the 3rd time in a row at this chain the card machine was«out of order» meaning I had to leave, get cash and return. Frustrating. Tell your customers this on the phone prior to their arriving please!

I went for a colour today, having heard that House of Colour was the best in Dublin even though quite pricey. I decided I’d be ok with spending a tad more to get exactly what I wanted. I asked for a very specific colour, with lots of pictures to make sure there was no misunderstanding. My hairdresser went for something totally different somehow. I ended up going out of the salon with a colour pretty much the same as the one I had coming in– but with a much less natural look to it. I got tricked into buying a hair care & some gloss which unfortunately dont seem to have made my hair look better. Overall, I felt pretty much ripped off– 190 € for not getting what you ask for definitely seems like a strong waste of money. Definitely NOT coming back.

I went for a student cut with Enya in the Training Academy. It takes a little bit longer but I was really happy with the result and they gave me some great hair care advice. It only cost me € 10 for the cut and I gave a € 5 tip. Not bad at all for a professional hair cut! Read more here:
