I must say I really liked this place. Came here on a Friday morning, it’s situated right ouside the centre next to Harvey Nichols. First thing that struck me was it was so much more peaceful then the madness of the shopping centre. I was greeted by a pleasant employee who showed me to a table and gave me a menu. I just got an Americano(with complimentary biscuit) and toast(€ 3.95) which was served to me at my table. When you consider that for the same price in obriens /frangos you have to queue up /get a tray /deal with stressed employees and all the extra hussle and bustle I would choose the calm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere of itsa.

I dont know why they use the name Harvey Nichols. The places has nothing to do with this place. Just an average coffee place where everything seems to be made of… plastic. Not comfy at all. I ordered a latte and it was OK. But the carrot cake… poor. Too much herbs, like anis… not sure. The thing was that the cake tasted like something else. And it was expensive too. The service was quick and the staff lovely… but I would go for coffee somewhere else in Dundrum next time.

You would imagine because of where it’s located and associated with that you might get something a bit different or better than a regular coffee/bagel place. NOPE! Do not be swayed by the association to Harvey Nichols This was mediocre at best. While the coffee and matcha latte were grand the bagels left a lot to be desired. The beef had a lovely hologram on it and was probably bought in Tesco next door. As for the BLT my girlfriend had, well that should be renamed the FLT(F for fat) as the ratio of fat to bacon was probably in the realm of 80:20. Seriously avoid this place
