This place is really good. Impressive prices considering that everything is freshly made there every day, Brought my kids in and they really liked the food with lots of good options. Coffee was excellent. Best I’ve had around the area in a long while.

Josh’s place is rammed every day, mainly because its the only place in the area that’s even vaguely decent.
It does Nice sandwiches, Excellent salads ok soups and a selection of hot food which I think although plenty full isn’t really that great for the price.
its a nice environment but is a little bit packed in, its hard to move around the floor during lunchtime to get a table for instance.
The staff are good at there job, everything is done well, but I wouldn’t give them prizes for being friendly. Mainly I guess because they are so busy.
Price wise its pretty good, a massive bowl of soup with two slices of bread for 4.50, a massive plate of salad for 4.50 a sandwich for a similar price is great.
The main courses are 8.50÷9.50 and you get loads but I haven’t really enjoyed one of them. I’d rather less on the plate but a bit better quality.
However its got to be said its the only decent place for miles in this area, so if you are in the area give it a try. The hot food is popular so I guess most people must like it.
